【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtodeterminethequantityofsugarpresentinvegetabletanningmaterialsorvegetabletanninextracts.Theamountofthereducingsugars,totalsugars,andnon-reducingsugarsinasampleofmaterialorextractcanbedeterminedbythismethod.Becauseofthepossibilityoferrorsinthistestmethoditisessentialthatthemethodbefollowedexactlyinordertoobtainreproducibleresultsbothamongspecimenswithinalaboratoryandforanalysesbetweenlaboratories.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminingthesugarspresentinvegetabletanningmaterials.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
