【摘要】:1.1GeneralThisdocumentidentifiesthesignificanthazards(see4)intheuseofallsizesofHPbyfirefightingandrescueservices,onthebasisthattheyaresuppliedinacompleteform,testedandreadyforuse,andgivesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazardsandfortheuseofsafeworkingpractices.NOTETheprinciplesofthisstandardhavebeenusedforHPsrangingfromthesmallestuptoworkingheightsexceeding70m,andareexpectedtobeapplicabletoallforeseeabledevelopmentsofHPsforFireServices.ThisdocumentdealswithHPs,thebaseofwhichisnormallyamotorvehicle,butcanalsobestaticorfixed,ormobileintheformof:--atrailerorde-mountableunit--anyothertypeofself-propelledvehicleForvehiclemountedHPsthisdocumentisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1846-2,Firefightingandrescueservicevehicles--Part2:Commonrequirements--Safetyandperformance.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletoHPswhichweremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.1.2Thisdocumentisapplicabletothestructuraldesigncalculationsandstabilitycriteria,constructionaldetailsandtestsofHPs,andgivesguidanceontheintendedlifelimitsforHPs(see5.2.5.2.2).NOTEThisdocumentmayalsobeusedformachinessimilartoHPsequippedwithmonitors,surveillanceorotherequipmentforfirefightingusebutnotintendedforliftingpersons.1.3Thisdocumentdoesnotspecifythespecialrequirementsfor:--HPsoperatedbyprogrammableelectronicsystemsand/orradiowhichdonotrelyoncables;--useinundergroundwork(mines);--useinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;--theuseofpneumaticcylinderstooperateloadcarryingcomponents.1.4ClassificationHPsaredividedintotwomaintypes:TypeA:HPswheretheverticalprojectionofthecentreofgravityoftheloadisalwaysinsidethetippinglines.TypeB:HPswheretheverticalprojectionofthecentreofgravityoftheloadmaybeoutsidethetippinglines.HPsarefurtherdividedintothreegroupsrelatedtotravelling:Group1:TravellingisonlyallowedwiththeHPinitstransportposition.Group2:Travellingwithraisedplatformiscontrolledonlyfromapointofcontrolatthechassis.Group3:(Self-propelled)Travellingwithraisedplatformiscontrolledfromapointofcontrolattheplatform.
